laser therapies The MLL develops innovative instruments for the minimal invasive surgery. For new applications, e.g. endoscopic surgery, a thulium fiber laser is available, emitting up to 70 Watts at the wavelength of 1.9 um, which is strongly absorbed by water. In cooperation with the university clinics in Schleswig-Holstein in Lübeck and Kiel and others, new methods and techniques are evaluated in vivo as well as preclinically and clinically. |
